Description

CASA MAXIM is a collection of two large properties, CHORRO and ARBOLES.  Both properties are perfectly located in the Centro Historico on quiet residential streets three to four blocks from the Jardín, San Miguel's Central Plaza. 

 

CHORRO, located on one of San Miguel's most historic streets, consists of three homes, two 1-bedrooms, The HOUSE and The LOFT, and one 2-bedroom, The PENTHOUSE, all separated by private gardens and terraces.

 

ARBOLES, located on a quiet lane, is a large home, with a beautiful garden, fountain and upper terrace, filled with plantings, trees and spectacular color.

 

Every Casa has its own character, more fully described below, and is independently functional with true king beds, imported linens, full kitchens with all appliances (including microwaves, toaster oven, coffee maker)  and baths complete with fine hotel amenities including hair dryers and bathrobes.  Each home has a docking station, flat screen TVs, and an individual security system; all CASA MAXIM properties have their own state of the art  purified water system, WIFI and cable.  The full time staff includes daily maid service, gardeners and handyman.  Meals, shopping and other services are available on request.

 

CASA MAXIM homes can be rented individually or together to provide luxurious accommodation for up to 18 people. A discount may be available on long term or combined rentals.
